As we enter the vibrant and joyous month of June, A&A wants to take a moment to express our support for the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month. Our core beliefs have always been to put People First™ and that philosophy is unwavering with our support of the LGBTQ+ community. While our logo remains unchanged, our commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and respected shines brightly. 

At A&A, we understand that creating an inclusive and diverse environment goes beyond symbolic gestures. It requires a commitment to ongoing action and the implementation of comprehensive diversity and inclusion initiatives. We have established programs and policies that promote a culture of acceptance and support for all employees, not just during Pride Month but all year round. 

Through our comprehensive diversity and inclusion initiatives, we actively work to create an environment where individuals can bring their authentic selves to work. We believe that by embracing and celebrating the unique perspectives and identities of our employees, we can cultivate a stronger and more unified team. Our employees are encouraged to express themselves openly, knowing that their sexual orientation or gender identity will not be a barrier to their success or their sense of belonging within the company.

While we have chosen not to change our logo for Pride Month, we actively seek opportunities to support and collaborate with LGBTQ+ organizations, participate in community events, and engage in advocacy efforts.
