EOM Guidelines
  • Eligibility:
    • Employee must have worked at least (6) six months with the company.
    • No disciplinary actions/warnings within 60 days.
  • Nomination Process:
    • Supervisors must submit nominations by the 25th of each month.
    • Selection criteria will include, but are not limited to, quality of work, reliability, teamwork, initiative, and customer feedback
