EOM Guidelines
  • Employees who have been with A&A at least (6) six months are eligible to be EOM
  • Nominations for A&A EOM can come from any Supervisor/Manager the 1st through 15th day of each month
  • EOM Committee will select (1) nominee per region
  • Criteria will include, but are not limited to, performance above and beyond the employee's required job duties, attendance, punctuality, being a team player, displaying a positive attitude in the workplace, and approval of supervisor
