As we enter the final month of the flu season, we’re confident on building upon our already successful implementation of preventative measures across the country to help our clients maintain a safe working environment. With the national conversation now focusing on Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (abbreviated SARS-CoV-2) and the disease it causes, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (abbreviated “COVID-19”), we are offering a statement about our firm’s own actions as this continues to develop in our community. Alongside our peers, we’ve been fielding questions and concerns from clients on our readiness and how we can continue to support.

  • Wash your hands

Wash with soap and water for 20 seconds- use 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable.

  • Avoid touching your face

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact

Avoid close contact such as kissing, hugging, and sharing cups or eating utensils with people who are sick.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes

Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or shirt sleeve, not your hands.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently

Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, especially if someone is sick.

  • Stay home when sick

Stay home when you are sick.

  • Increase routine patrols of high-touch areas

  • Procure additional tools and chemicals

  • Maintain our cleaning tools more regularly.
